Legal Advisor required immediately ! Chennai

At Vakilsearch, we advise hundreds of customers every day to set up their business by guiding them for their tax and business compliance, IP and legal compliances.

We are looking for smart lawyers to join our Business Advisory team as expert advisors.

If you are a lawyer with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience, talking to customers comes naturally for you and aspiring for an ambitious career, then you are the ideal fit!

Any of the following skills will be preferred :

1. Experience of advising startups/ corporates on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.

2. Drafting of contracts, negotiations, due diligence of commercial transactions.

3. Research and advisory on Companies Act, Information Technology laws, investment laws etc.

4. Understanding of trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws.

Job Requirements :

1. Job location is in Chennai - Ambattur

2. We are looking for lawyers who have the ability to advise startups/ SMEs and break down complex legal issues in a concise and precise manner.

3. The candidate should possess the ability to work diligently without much supervision.

Salary: Negotiable and as per industry standards.
