We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead and manage our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate and litigation law, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of revenue generation. This role is crucial in providing strategic legal counsel, managing complex legal matters, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Develop and implement effective legal strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Legal Counsel and Advisory:

- Represent the company in complex litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and appearing in court.

Qualifications and Experience:
