Role and its Responsibilities :
I/c - Channel Partnerships is responsible for owning and accelerating commercial success with our Direct Selling Association (DSA) program. The person will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and driving DSA partners for commercial growth. The role will have a revenue growth target and with work with the Head of Partnership at Vakilsearch to achieve the objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and manage DSA partner relationships with agreed goals, targets, and continuous reviews.
- Design and drive processes for efficient DSA operation and DSA monitoring.
- Day to day oversight and management of the DSA partner activities & SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at DSA and within Vakilsearch to drive customer success and commercial growth.
- Own end-to-end of the partner program - including elements of commercial, legal (with support from legal counsel), sales, tech enablement and operations.
- Drive initiatives for improving skill and quality of the DSA.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree (MBA preferable)
- 3-5 years of relevant channel management experience
- Experience in consumer sales (Legal / Compliance/ Banking/ Insurance/ Telecom background preferred)
- Solution sales background/experience: Alliances, pre-sales, or business development background would be highly preferred
- Proven experience driving revenue through partners with structured programs
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
