Associate Lawyer required Urgently ! E- commerce Platform

We are looking for corporate lawyers with 1-2 years PQE of working with any firm/ in-house team/ research center in subject matters relating to corporate laws, regulatory approvals, technology and IP laws.

Qualification :

- The candidate must be a graduate of law with proficiency in drafting. Fluency in speaking English and Hindi is a must.

- Any of the following skills will be preferred :

- Experience of advising startups/ corporates on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.

- Drafting of contracts, negotiations, due diligence of commercial transactions.

- Research and advisory on Companies Act, Information Technology laws, investment laws etc.

- Understanding of trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws.

Job Requirements :

- Job location is in Chennai

- We are looking for lawyers who have the ability to advise startups/ SMEs and break down complex legal issues in a concise and precise manner.

- The candidate should possess the ability to work diligently without much supervision.

Salary : Negotiable and as per industry standards.

Affiliation to Bar Council of Delhi or Maharashtra is an add-on.
