About the role
A successful candidate will work very closely with the Product Manager to deliver on various project streams with a strong focus on customer experience. The senior business analyst is responsible for formulating clear recommendations on how to improve internal processes and enhance our customers' experience by analyzing data from various sources, and mapping out operational processes. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is passionate about business analysis, curious about customer experience and always seeks to learn more.

Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Proactivity resolving customer satisfaction issues.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Understand the business requirements and documenting and translating into features / user stories.
- Developing business artifacts in relation to the business and conducting formal training sessions for the team.
- Develop a team culture where everyone thinks from the end user perspective.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Required skills
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Ideal candidate would have at least 2-4 years of experience in Business development, User Experience and Engineering Technology.
- Experience in B2C space, Ecommerce, Mobile Application development is preferable
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps, and other web and mobile applications
- Convert the business requirements documents (BRD) to low-level technical documents (LLD) for developers
- Experience with all stages of the SDLC, conceptualization to implementation.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Strong project instincts; you have a strong intuition about what users want and understand their business.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience working at an agile software company/startup is a bonus.
