Vakil Search - Manager - Strategic Business Analysis

Role and its Responsibilities

Data for scale and for efficient decision making is a key focus area at Vakilsearch. We are looking at self-starters with a zest for strategic data analysis to drive this focus from the Office of the CEO.

In this role, you will:

- Define, lead and integrate business analytics/ business intelligence efforts across product, market, sales and operations.

- Partner with data engineering, operations, product management and business teams to support analytical product development as well as impact measurement of our current business offerings.

- Analyze large amounts of historical financial and business datasets to develop strategic insights or solve key professional services business problems

- Undertake root-causes with data on Business as Usual challenges and support business to take informed decisions (on strategic as well as day to day level).

- Develop analytics enablers to track general business activity and provide clear, compelling reports and presentations to leadership on a regular basis.

Requirements

- Total 5+ years of experience working in a strategy and operations team for a Saas / Product company/ consulting firm.

- Experience in analyzing business data to identify deliverables, gaps, and inconsistencies.

- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business and market metrics for strategic decision making.
