Vakil Search - Finance Analyst

Job Summary

The key responsibilities are to provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity and will have to research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Preparation of monthly MIS for different business streams and departments.

- Monitor the key metrics of each of the business units and the company as a whole.

- Provide the basis of integrating key business metrics with the financials.

- Consolidation of departmental MIS to the company level.

- Analyze key variances on a monthly basis and the impact on the financials.

- Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring monthly performance based on this.

- Generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed.

- Providing trend analysis and insights on productivity/ margins.

- Providing recommendations based on the analysis.

Qualification:

CA - Qualified or MBA Finance

Experience

- Nature of Experience: Strong in Excel and in extracting / mining data

- Length of Experience: Fresher to 03 years.

Skill Set & Personality Traits required:

- In-depth understanding of the business is essential.

- Ability to meet stringent deadlines on reporting and analysis.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
