Job Summary :
End-to-end overhaul of the Sales Process, from refining scripts, identifying objections and building a very strong customer-oriented sales culture.
Job Description :
I Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Nurture, lead and develop the sales management and sales representatives into a high performing sales organization.
- Getting into the trenches to speak to customers and see what is preventing them from getting to - Yes- .
- Continuous learning and training using techniques like Challenger Sales, Customer Centric Selling, Target Account Selling, Think Like Your Customer, Closed Loop Selling, Accelerating the Sales Cycle.
- Building Playbooks & Building Scripts. Preparing the scripts for the Tele-sales and Inside sales process along with refinement.
- Building a data-driven Sales organization, with automated reports and intrinsic motivation in each sales team member.
- And most important of all, building a stellar sales culture.
Job Specifications :
Qualification(s): Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience :
- Nature of Experience: SaaS Selling / Solution selling experience is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability in sales training to convert prospects and close deals to help achieve sales quotas.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Length of Experience: 10-15 years (not mandatory, if you are effective, diligent and a go-getter).
Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
- Great people person, and a real go-getter. When you talk, people should listen.
- Should have strong experience in Sales Training including Sales Optimization, and should prefer numbers to opinions every day of the week.
- Ideally, should have managed a contact center with telesales, outbound-inbound voice process, email sales and web chat services.
- Proven experience in all three channels of communication of Chat, Emails and Phones.
- Knowledge of techniques like BASHO to write better emails is a bonus.
- And finally, a - Do what it takes- approach to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
