Product Marketer

As a product marketer, you'll be a part of a high-performance team that builds stories and our product narratives. You will be acting as the glue that binds our product strategy to multiple internal teams and offer the strategic and tactical support required to drive adoption and retention. If you are a Product Marketer with previously demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption, we would love to have a discussion with you.
What's your work going to be like?
- Working with Product teams to develop our product positioning and messaging that resonates with our customers and target audience.
- Continuously identifying potential customer segments, their requirements, and how Vajro will be the answer to it all.
- Build and manage buyer persona documents that will be key in segmenting and targeting our users
- Content Development: Conceptualize and create educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
- Sales enablement: Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training and collaterals for sales to sell effectively
- Identifying key analyst firms and building relationships with them to position Vajro in the analyst community
- Research the needs of the market as well as our customers while being aware of the changing market trends
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for our feature and integration launches by working closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams
- Work with product teams to develop the product strategy and roadmap
- Be the voice of the customer to the product team and the company by integrating qualitative and quantitative feedback from users in product updates
- Create strategic and tactical plans and themes to help the demand generation drive growth
- Own growth across the customer life cycle, from driving awareness to acquisition to advocacy
- Understand our competitive landscape, review offerings, and drive ongoing differentiation
What makes you a good fit?
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. A great portfolio demonstrating your experience
- You possess great communication skills, both written and verbal and can craft interesting stories that resonate with our customers.
- Working across functions is one of your key skills whilst staying on top of cross-functional projects
- Previously demonstrated experience with product strategy, research, and analysis
- You are a great collaborator and are highly creative with a touch of analytical think
