We're looking for a Content Strategist with previously demonstrated acumen and passion towards generating varied forms of content with great panache. You will be the pivot in building the content marketing strategy for Vajro. If you're at a stage in life where you are looking for challenges, you're at the right place.
Who should apply ?
- 4+ years of experience in creating and managing different forms of SaaS content.
- Self-driven, motivated individual with a natural understanding of 'current trends' and 'user psychology'.
- You write really really well. You have the flair to play with words.
- You possess the power to understand customer behavior, mould content into blogs, newsletters, product stories, customer case studies and brand copy while finding the right channels to distribute them far and wide to put Vajro firmly in the thought leadership space.

What's your work going to be like ?
- You will design, create, and run your own content projects with the team and own them from start to finish.
- Conjure great content for blogs, campaigns, case studies, white papers, ebooks, reports, infographics, social media and newsletters.
- You will be leading our content arm and be the driving force behind all our content initiatives.
- Own the content calendar and keep track of what's being posted for social media. A great ninja plans and executes well.
- Work with the leadership in defining and shaping the long term content strategy as well as executing short term projects for the organization.
- Collaborate with the sales & business development, product, design and other teams to support them by using effective content marketing to support their top of the funnel creation plan - enabling new leads as well as supporting the lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels,
- Build and manage an editorial calendar whilst identifying and analyzing key industry and market trends to create engaging content and enhance brand awareness.
- You will be responsible for making sure our content engagement metrics spiral right out of the roof. With great power comes great responsibility!
- Demonstrate being data-driven: continuously test, measure, and improve content programs and tactics.
- Interact with the Marketing team and the social media manager and help them strategize, execute and engage their audiences.
What makes you a good fit?
- 4+ years of total experience in content marketing and content writing. Experience managing a content team would ve a bonus.
- You have 1+ years of experience in producing content for the web specifically,as well as channel-specific knowledge (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and more),
- You have worked in B2B SaaS content marketing roles or managed content writing in a fast paced environment.
- You have a knack of storytelling and know how to showcase it internally as well.
- You have excellent communication abilities including the ability to understandand connect with the audience.
- You have exposure to content marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Intercom, Zoho Suite, ahref, Wordpress and similar tools.
