Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Paid)

Salary Package - 8- 15 Lakhs Per Annum + ESOPS
Location - Okhla, New Delhi
About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to strategize, implement, track and optimise our paid digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Google.
The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Prior experience in handling high budget campaigns is needed.
The candidate will be working internally & also regularly reviewing work of our Performance Marketing agency partners & freelancers.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all paid digital marketing spends of the company
- Maximizing ROI & decreasing Acos on a daily basis
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required Skills :
- Proven working experience in Digital Marketing (Performance)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, social media
- Ability to identify target audiences
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking
- Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
