We are looking to hire a- dynamic individual to work directly with CEO to define, strategize and execute the growth strategy for the company.
The candidate will be collectively working as an analyst (data, financial) & business revenue manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES -
- Strategizing and planning the company's annual plans & budgets for various functions
- Working with the CEO to define the company's growth plans & preparing an execution strategy.
- Working with the data team to setup the right infrastructure to enable analysis of key data points for various functions including (but not limited to) Acquisition, Retention, Customer Repeat Rates, Customer Analysis, NPS, Revenue Growth & more.
- Regular Analysis of all the data to identify & discover trends & help the management take corrective action.
- Developing the company's acquisition marketing strategy along with the product & marketing team
- Strategize the company's retention marketing strategy along with the marketing team to ensure robust repeat purchases & upsell to current customers.
- Discovering and identifying new channels/markets for growth & preparing an entry plan with the CEO
- Working with the Product Team to identify & analyzing new product categories & create the a brand extension strategy
- Work cross-functionally with the CEO, Marketing, Product & Ops team regularly to ensure a collective direction for the company's revenue goals.
- Prioritizing growth-initiatives by collectively syncing the entire management team on various objectives.
- Analysing a weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS fo the company's performance & taking corrective actions wherever needed
- Preparing and Analysing the company's financial model
- Assisting the CEO in deep-rooted financial modelling & new debt/equity fund raising.

- Ability to take initiative & have a bent for creative & strategic thinking
- Excellent Research Skills
- Ability to coordinate with Teams
- Excellent Communication Skills
- MBA (Will be preferred)
