Country Analyst
Company - Vahdam Teas

Salary Package - 10- 15 Lakhs Per Annum + ESOPS
Location - Okhla, New Delhi
About the Role :
The Country Analyst will be playing a key role of managing the entire P&L of a specific market of the company. The company currently operates in USA, UK, Italy, Germany, France, Spain etc. & each Country Analyst will be assigned a specific market.
The candidate will be responsible for the overall P&L, marketing spend, customer trends, marketing initiatives for the specific country. An excellent opportunity to work cross- functionally & take ownership, learn & grow in the organization.
Candidates with relevant experience as a category manager and growing an e- commerce business will be preferred. An exciting opportunity to create impact & take full ownership.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Ownership of the the entire revenue, growth, P & L of each market.
- Coordinating the overall performance of the company in the country including Catalogue,Inventory, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing, Alliances, Growth Initiatives & team.
- Track, analyze & improve customer metrics i.e average ticket value, repeat orders and build strategies to meet target
- Spot trends and relevant opportunities in the country
- Discover new channels of sale & growth
- Work with marketing team to design campaigns to achieve targets
- Handle functions of marketing - Brand communication strategy, strategic alliances
- Create weekly, monthly & quarterly performance & progress reports for the top management
- Ensure the company adheres to all country regulations and cultural guidelines
Required Skills :
- Excellent command over Microsoft Office (or equivalent)
- Background in E- Commerce or Product Management
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential
- Good written and verbal Communication
- Leadership and target oriented approach
