- Lead the territory in terms of sales, channel management, new launches etc
- Achieve the sales targets and develop new distributors.
- Provide meticulous sales projections to the reporting head
- Market audits to check for maximum retail presence
- Thick line of communication with distributors for maximum control and grip
- To identify new segments and markets in provided territory
- Keeping abreast with what is happening within the market of industry
- Competition tracking and keeping a sharp eye on market pricing
- Building database of material resources through market intelligence, thus helping the purchase department to source best products-
- Maintain and update marketing reports on a regular basis
- Weekly sales analysis and presentation
- Control & deployment of all merchandise material
- Ready to work in a shift (as per territory business time)
