V Resorts is hiring Sales Managers to grow their Offline Sales Channel.
We are V Resorts, the next big chain of resorts after Taj, Oberoi, Neemrana and Mahindras of the world and we have a novel concept. For we are not only developing resorts, we are creating new destinations for tourism in the country. Currently, we have 30+ destinations near metros, run and supported by local communities.
We have a strong online presence wherein 80% of our sale is directly through the online platform. And we are Venture Funded - by Marquee investors like Seedfund and Bedrock ventures.
- We are looking for people to grow our Offline Business.
- Candidates will be required to sell our concept to Corporates, Schools and Government Institutions.
- They will need to set up meetings, liase with admin heads and develop client relations.
- This includes, developing products to cater to clients (not only MICE based), accurate cost and pricing estimates, running programs on client portals and representing company at various industry events.
- Candidates (MBAs) must have more than 4 years prior experience in B2B sales and a strong prior sales record.
- They must exhibit an increase of responsibility over their career expanse with persuasive communication skills.
We offer competitive salaries with a possible ESOP that will be given upon exemplary performance. Incentives are based and paid on quarterly achievement of targets.
