Responsibilities:

- Prepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports and dashboards and conduct analysis to determine key metrics and trends

- Drive initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecasting etc.

- Assemble weekly reports and analysis of sales pipeline for sales operations management

- Perform data sanctity review in CRM to identify issues and make edits as required

- Populate CRM with new sales opportunities

- Able to use data, analysis, and business acumen to determine the best opportunities to grow business and win new customers

- Ensure effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the top management for business units on all key metrics

- Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to deliverables

- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes

- Ensure timely invoicing & collection from the client

- Respond to RFP/RFQ/ITQ from clients

- Prepare and coordinate with Finance for Invoicing and Collection for all the existing clients

- Conduct market analysis research on topics relevant to business function for identifying sales potential as requested by top management

- Assist US-based sales team on and as-needed basis

- Ensure all conferences related deliverables are complete within deadline

- Maintain repository for all sales related documents

- Ability to comprehend Contractual language is a plus

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in the high-tech space and strong analytical background

- UG from Top Tier University/School in India or abroad

- Excellent comprehension power to be able to excel at this cross-functional role

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies

- Ability to independently develop expertise in new emerging technologies

- Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must

- End-to-end operational knowledge of any CRM is a must

- Knowledge of Agentic sales is a plus

- Excellence in email communication and business writing
