Regional Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
BTL Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and Implement BTL Strategy: Craft and execute effective Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales in the Southern region.
- Manage BTL Events: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of BTL events and activations, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and deliver desired results.
Sales Promotions and Engagement:
- Create Engaging Sales Promotions: Develop and implement a dynamic Sales Promotions Calendar that motivates and empowers the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Theme Development: Propose and design creative and engaging themes for each month to enhance brand visibility and customer interest.
- Communication and Coordination: Prepare and distribute promotional dockets to the regional team and channel partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Promotion Planning and Analysis:
- Promotional Calendar Development: Design and create a comprehensive promotional calendar that outlines key marketing initiatives and their timelines.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of previous year's promotions, leveraging data from internal teams and feedback from channel and sales partners.
- Product Selection: Finalize product selections for promotions, ensuring they meet budget constraints and profitability targets.
Vendor Management and Activation:
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for promotional materials and services.
- Program Activation: Manage the end-to-end activation and implementation of promotional programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Creative Support and Execution:
- Creative Input: Provide creative guidance and support to the team, contributing to the development of innovative promotional concepts and designs.
- Execution Assistance: Actively participate in the execution of promotional activities, offering hands-on support and ensuring successful implementation.
Logistics and Procurement:
- Logistics Management: Plan, procure, and coordinate the movement of promotional gifts and collaterals to ensure timely delivery and availability.
Qualifications:
- MBA with Marketing Experience: Possess an MBA degree with at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, fostering effective collaboration and project management
