Manager/ Sr. Manager - Retention (Limeroad Division of V Mart)

- Own the retention performance of new install/reinstall users.

- Analyzing day on day customer behavior for specific cohorts.

- Drawing inference from current trends and drafting out optimization/growth strategy.

- Utilizing retention tools to boost metric wise performance (Non-Buyers conversion, Repeat visits & Repeat buys).

- Identifying new avenues to improve the performance of allocated cohorts.

- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.
