- Responsible for managing, developing, driving and executing media plan and communications in order to generate maximum footfall and achieving functional goal of the department.

- Ensure timely competitive benchmarking
- Examine consumer digital search data from agencies like google & gather insights to develop the content in accordance with customer requirement.
- Act as interface with various agencies for smooth execution of digital campaigns
- Digital brand management to ensure seamless communication across offline & online channels
- Devise Communication & content strategy across digital channels including App, website, social media
- On-board, evaluate and do end to end agency management for Social media
