The HR strategic Partner in the COO's office is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. This role involves working closely with the COO and other senior leaders to drive HR initiatives, foster organizational development, and support the achievement of business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop an excellent understanding of emerging HR trends, talent market, labour legislations, and stakeholder management.
- Exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading HR & Compensation practices.
- Implement compensation packages and rewards programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
- To support the annual performance appraisal processes
- Assist in designing and delivering on organizations' long term HR goals to build engagement and retention.
- Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication for various stakeholder and leadership teams.
- Assist and support in developing advanced analytics for HR function
Skills Required:
- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices, and technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement processes.
- Systematic understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions.
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multitask to manage multiple projects while maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office & Data Visualization tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
