vCommission - MIS Analyst

Report Creation & Data Analysis:

- Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for data-driven decision-making.

- Build dashboards and performance metrics to track business KPIs and present insights.

Google Operations Center (GOC) Utilization:

- Leverage the Google Operations Center (GOC) platform to monitor, track, and analyze operational data.

- Utilize GOC tools to streamline reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Business Management (BM) Account Handling:

- Manage and oversee BM accounts, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

- Collaborate with teams to maintain BM account records, monitor performance, and provide analytical insights.

Data Quality & Validation:

- Conduct data validation and quality checks regularly to maintain data integrity.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports, ensuring consistency in data reporting.

Process Improvement & Insights:

- Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support business strategies.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data reporting.

- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
