On a typical day, you'll
- Design copy for the User Interface - Make interactions on the product interface simpler, more human, more real. Receive and provide design and content feedback.
- Interact cross-functionally - Continually interact with product, development, marketing, and other teams to consume ideas, understand functionality, user requirements and more, to craft accurate, helpful copy.
- Apply a customer-centric approach - Understand that customer-centricity is a core organizational value. Anticipate customer requirements based on their objectives and craft helpful, innovative solutions.
- Lead design-driven projects - Look for opportunities as a writer and designer to improve our customer experience. Collaborate with customer-facing teams, gather ideas, and lead initiatives independently.
- Think content strategy and numbers - Use metrics and research to inform and validate copy decisions.
- Think scale and optimization - Think about scalable language and design systems and structures to support and meet scaling business requirements.

- Experience working with Engineers, Designers, Marketers, Product Managers, etc.
- Between 3-8 years of UX writing/content writing experience.
