UX Writer - IT

The Role

This role will help us to empower our customers to quickly get the help and resources they need when they need it. As the first role of its kind at Sprinto, you can partner with the product managers and Technical Writing and Design teams to develop standards, best practices, and processes to elevate the Sprinto products.

What will make you successful in this role?

- Product knowledge: You'll eventually need to deeply understand the technology and features of the product. You will need to grow your knowledge of compliances like SOC2 and the context in which our customers are using Sprinto.

- UX Research: You are naturally curious about how customers perceive the problem you are trying to solve and whether the solution you designed actually works in the real world.

- Deliverables: You will own the UX copy of a feature.

- Guidelines: You look to create guardrails, guidelines, and frameworks to enable others to write better copy. Create standard templates to ensure designers can write copy in most common scenarios.

- Usability: You enjoy looking for the little details, identify both small and large usability issues, and coming up with ways to solve them.

What we are looking for?

- 4+ years of experience with digital products and brands. Special consideration for experience with B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications

- A strong portfolio of written work that shows business impact and results

- A solid knowledge of UX writing principles and processes

- Ability to articulate your thoughts and work with others to bring ideas to life

- Understanding of the importance of testing and iterating on work

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work

- Can become an expert on our products, distilling complex ideas down into language that's approachable

- Comfort with presenting your work and explaining your thinking

- Have a dedicated passion for user-focused product experiences

What's the unique challenge for you?

SOC2 and other information security compliances are a dense topic, and CTO and CEO's of fast-growing startups don't want to learn the nuances of this field. However, they are forced to acquire this knowledge today and become a piecemeal compliance clerk in the company. Sprinto's ambition is to bridge this gap and allow startups and companies across the world to get secure and compliant without having to understand compliance. This is a big challenge.
