Job Description :
1. Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy.
2. Ability to work on strategic vision utilizing both technical and business acumen.
3. Build empathy and be an advocate of Bank's customers through participation in human- centered design research and design.
4. Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience building consensus across organizational boundaries.
5. Present and explain design concepts and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
6. Participate in multiple UX-led initiatives and Bank wide initiatives in order to communicate the value of UX.
7. Collaborate and interact with product managers, technical leads, developers and UX team members to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfaces using the evolving design system.
8. Participate in product refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validation sessions with inputs and suggestions from the business team.
9. Produce engaging wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed user experience.
10. Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital assets.
