MBA Mandatory
Responsible for:
- Managing Factory Administration, Welfare, Health, Safety & Environment, Security and Public Relations
- Monitor statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, government authorities and legal agencies for obtaining necessary sanctions & maintaining industrial relations
- Manage resolution of Industrial disputes and maintain harmonious industrial relations in the plant through continuous liaising with State authorities, Union and Labor department functionaries
- Responsible for Contract Labour Management, develop and implement policies and systems for ensuring smooth management of contractual labourers and associated statutory compliances
- Collaborate with various statutory authorities and government agencies in matters of legal follow-ups
- Work closely with the local political, apolitical and community leaders for ensuring smooth and trouble free negotiation process; resolving settlement disputes and undertaking functional activities of related matters
- Ensure and maintain the high standards of (SHE) Safety, Health & Environment
