- To manage Compensation& Benefits Processes and independently lead sub processes in design and delivery of Compensation and Variable Pay Plan Framework & Designs at the Group Level across geographies.   - Responsible for bench marking compensation across levels with that of the market on remuneration information as well as remuneration practices   - Assist the compensation review process from proposal formation to roll-out. To administer variable pay computations and payouts   - Design process on executive remuneration and review/update on periodic basis   - Assist in developing Variable Pay incentive design and review/update on periodic basis   - Also responsible for managing global mobility and expat management   - Responsible for execution of position evaluation
