Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations for a specific region
- Responsible for all operational aspects of compensation.
- Responsible for managing the team/team attrition
- Responsible for ensuring that all process follow the documented process flows and SLAs
- Ensure periodic review meeting with stakeholders and ensure closure of action items
- Responsible for periodic internal audits and ensure corrective actions to close gaps.
- Ensure continuity in service at all times and circumstances
- Responsible for improving/automating the current process which will result in $ savings
- Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience in IT industry
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations
- Excellent Team Management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent execution capability
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances
- MBA in HR
