Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Design/Maintain Career Frameworks including designing roles and competencies, required for the entire spectrum of UST Business
- Design programs to improve the Talent Mobility within the organization
- Use Organization Design principles to Design more effective teams, especially for Digital/Product businesses
- Ensure all business units work with outcome-based goals, and build a culture of working with goals and providing feedback
- Develop the goals and feedback program to ensure associates find meaning and purpose at work
- Design promotion/progression processes that ensure right people gets the right opportunity at the right time
Education and/or Experience
- PGDM/MBA equivalent from a premier B-School - XLRI/TISS/IIMs/MDI etc
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from an IT/Digital Product/Services MNC

1. Ability to speak to business leaders and associates and identify problems at various levels
2. Ability to design HR interventions to identified problems
3. Ability to validate solutions/designs with end users (Business Leaders)
4. Ability to build consensus among various stake holders from HR and Business and get things done in a timebound manner
5. Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge
1. Knowledge of IT Services/Digital Product/Services Domain
2. Knowledge of key HR processes like - Performance Management, Career Matrixes, Skill/Competency Management, Succession Planning, Job enrichment, Job evaluation frameworks etc
3. Knowledge of design methods
