We are looking at people with strong BPHR experience in IT industry.

- Tier-1 or 1.5 Institute.

- BP role in IT company for 8 to 15 years.

- Combination of HR experience in : organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

- Willing to join at Trivandrum.

- As a Senior HR Business Success Enabler, you will collaborate with leaders in the industry, influence the organizational strategy and structure, build a talent pipeline across several functions.

- In this role you will support the leadership to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

- Your work will include increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

 - You will drive project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc.

- You will create a meaningful team culture that enables Ussociates to bring their best selves to work.

- You will think strategically, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging business leaders, and reinvent how work is done.

Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management - Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

- Strategy Consulting - Consult business leaders to create a comprehensive people plan based on business priorities.

- Problem Solving - Review business data to form hypotheses about Talent related challenges, then prove or disapprove them by data insights and experimentation. Design and quickly implement solutions by being data driven and empathic at the same time.

- Change Management - Partner with Line Managers to lead and facilitate change. Build capacity for change by identifying and framing problems, building relationships of trust, solving problems and creating - and fulfilling - action plans.

- Own Employee Experience - Increase employee commitment and competence by building mechanisms to listen, respond and provide Ussociates with resources meet their changing demands.

-  Operations Consulting - Build efficiency, rigour and predictability in people processes by undertaking activities leading to continually reengineer workflows and processes.

- Expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
