Location : Trivandrum : Female Needed
1. Acting as a single point of contact for different business units
2. Providing extensive support for business units to achieve their business goals
3. Supporting to HR CoEs to deliver state-of-the-art HR Processes
4. Providing instant and immediate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives
5. Leading change management projects for business units, executive team and leadership teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan
2. Designs benefits, compensation and OD for all the CoEs
3. Efficiently market various benefits program to the employees.
4. Design learning management and deliver HR solutions.
5. Setting challenging HR goals with a close cooperation with stakeholders and business units
6. Acting as the project manager for large cross-functional change management
7. Coach managers on developing appraisals, delivering feedback, promotions, demotions, and transfers
8. Developing succession plans and manage the performance management cycle for business units
9. Being the most contributing team member of HR Projects
10. Designing cross-functional development programs in co-operation with Training Specialist
11. Keeping HR processes in a full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal, external) framework
12. Designing robust succession pipelines and supporting the talent management for the entire organization
13. Acting as the independent advisor for employees in tough situations
14. Work with outplacement counselors
15. Review and analyze turnover data
16. Having very deep understanding of business strategies, operations and requirements.
