Job Purpose:

Vital skill that is expected from the role holder is to be able to prove using HR / Total Rewards strategies to suggest (or) influence the primary HR objectives (Attract, Motivate & Retain). Candidate should to be adept in managing high level stakeholders and different nationalities. Candidate should also have a strong logical HR sense, business acumen, financial management and budgeting skills, aptitude in making informed decisions based on data and statistics, structuring compensation and benefits packages and measuring their success.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Administer compensation programs for New Geographies, including but not limited to creating policies/guidelines, compensation ranges, fixing per diem rates, and/or any other allowances based on market data and internal philosophy

- Plan and execute end to end activities related to global compensation revision exercise. Should have had exposure to various increase model (Merit Increase, Market Correction, Ad hoc Increases)

- Independently conduct periodic or ad hoc internal and external audits and produce statistical summaries

- Interpret various survey results related to compensation & benefits and produce meaningful insights to aid decision making

- Should be able to contribute data to compensation & benefits survey there by using internal job framework

- Has exposure to programs that deals with pay for performance programs, STI and LTI

- Aptitude for IT Systems and lead automation efforts

- Should have working knowledge about employment laws and statutory benefits

- Strong theoretical and practical Total Rewards knowledge

- Has strong industry connects and resourceful in providing insights on competitor practices

Qualifications

- Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical, creative, proven work ethic, curious and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong Stakeholder relationship skills

- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Exposure to MNC compensation and benefits practices, and used to working with minimum guidance

- Advanced level presentation skills

- Aptitude for Data analytics

- Strong business acumen

- High on energy and motivation - with a never-say-no attitude

- Very quick learner with high curiosity quotient

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights

- High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables

- Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and being able to make educated guesses when data may be sparse or unavailable

- Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions
