The Role : Delivery Manager - Quality Engineering
Key Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be Single Point of Contact for all Testing Accounts in a particular Geography / Vertical.
- Ability to Manage a portfolio of 6-10+ Million USD / 200+ resources.
- Responsible for P&L and drive revenue targets and EBIDTA.
- Drive all proposals / Solutioning in the portfolio.
- Ability to build large Testing Teams / Accounts comprising of all Testing disciplines (Functional, Automation, Performance, Test Data.) ground-up.
- Ability to work with internal teams for coordination - Account Teams, TA, WFM, HR, REFM, etc.
- Delivery Management and Governance for Large Accounts.
- Well versed in all phases and types of Testing along with proven expertise in Global Program Delivery and Test tools.
- Onshore experience of Test Delivery Management is a big plus.
- Proven experience in defining Strategy and estimation for Large Programs.
- Ability to manage Delivery of multiple programs.
- Need to drive Customer satisfaction.
- People Management and Performance Management.
