- By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

- USM Business Systems is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

- You will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading telecommunication solutions to residential and/or business customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and develop new leads within the assigned territory.

- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets for companies' products and services.

- Conduct insightful needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of companies' offerings.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).

- A passion for technology and the telecommunications industry is a plus.
