Role Description:
- The role of a Account Manager typically involves a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining and growing client relationships.
- This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at USM Business Systems in Hyderabad/Indore.
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success, identify new opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery process.
- Handling the customer requirements, providing the best recruitment services to the candidates.
- Responsible for technical recruitment process, Sourcing, screening the candidate profiles by understanding, analyzing the customer needs in different technical skill/ categories.
- Analyzing the performance with the help of daily, weekly and monthly reports and taking necessary steps to improve on shortfalls.
- Strong technical understanding and Sourcing experience from various job portals, public domains.
- Responsible for post technical round formalities which includes salary negotiation, recommending the salary fitment and preparing the offer.
- Ensuring smooth joining for all lateral joiners from the offer date to date of joining.
- Coordinating with Background verification team for completion of checks.
- Involved in sales i., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
- Searching the requirements for the bench consultants.
- Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfortability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the IT consulting industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
