Usher Agro - Sales Officer

We are looking for Sales Officer for our Company M/s Usher Agro Limited, one of the leading agribusiness houses in India. Usher Agro Limited (UAL) was incorporated in 1996. The company processes rice, wheat and paddy. It has 3 manufacturing plants located in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Bihar. The company is listed in NSE & BSE having a turn over of approx. 800 crores

The Job Responsibilities will include :

1. Direct Responsibility for achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

2. Forecasting the market position and maintaining the targets

3. Building and maintaining business relationship

4. Maintain existing dealers and appoint new dealers

5. Sales promotion and Market development activities

6. Need to work closely with dealers

7. Maintain Daily, Weekly sales report, Monthly MIS, Generating Sales Invoice/Billing

8. Achieve Volume targets (Month wise/ Qtr wise breakup).

9. Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings.

10. Ensure smooth flow of information that is to be used for strategic business decisions by manager/RSM ensuring that the financial / sales data/ information provided is factually correct.

11. Discounts, Distributor ROL, Cost expense control measures, Distributor/ Depot Sales tracking & Strategic use of such data, Hub and spoke implementation, Tracking of Distributor ROI ( Viability on regular basis)

Job Specification

1. Graduate, Post Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Preferably Food processing Industry) in Delhi and Around Region.

2. Strong Communication and Convincing Skills
