Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering, and product marketing teams.
- Conduct practical and impactful research throughout the entire product cycle, from inception to completion and close the loop with feedback cycles
- Collaborate with product and design teams on secondary research such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, etc
- Use a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and surveys, to gather insights about customers.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to appropriate stakeholders in an engaging and actionable manner.
- Work closely with product teams to help implement insights.
- Work closely with analytics and data science to develop a cohesive story about our product.
- Facilitate teams to conduct weekly user connects and build a research culture within the organization.
- Act as an internal champion for customer and product research.
Remain open to exploring new research methodologies and tools as required by projects.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for both generative and evaluative research.
- Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams to facilitate research execution.
- Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis, and synthesis.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in storytelling with the ability to articulate insights into crisp, compelling narratives
