Seeking for a successful User Experience Researcher based in Mumbai for a MNC Bank

- Hands on experience in User Research and Usability Testing/Analysis (UX and Design)

- Design and execute usability studies and other user research utilizing his/her broad knowledge of user experience and methodological expertise.

- The candidate will work with a range of stakeholders in the capacity of a subject matter expert, across a diverse range of digital products.

- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, usability testing, eye tracking, testing across desktop, tablet and mobile interfaces, card sorting, survey evaluation, A/B and multivariate testing, and heuristic evaluations.
