MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for an User Experience Design Expert for one of our client, which provides IT Services.

Job Description :

- At least 15 years experience in User Experience (UX) / Interaction Design (ID) profession.

- At least 5 years of experience in Leading UX / ID teams and devising design strategy

- Experience leading the planning and execution of user research, including guiding the identification of key user needs and establishing capability priorities.

- Experience leading the creation and use of archetypes, profiles, personas, scenarios, or other user centered design artifacts.

- Experience leading a UX or cross-disciplinary team on a product or solution effort.

- Full experience with key UX design systems and implementation tools (Visio, iRise, Omnigraffle, Adobe CS, Invision, Axure, etc.)

- Readiness to travel 25% travel annually to various locations within India
