User Experience Design Consultant

MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for an User Experience Design Consultant for one of our client, which provides IT Services.

Job Description :

- At least 8 years experience in User Experience (UX) / Interaction Design (ID) profession.

- At least 3 years of experience in Leading UX / ID teams and devising design strategy

- Experience leading the creation and use of archetypes, profiles, personas, scenarios, or other user centered design artifacts.

- Experience leading a UX or cross-disciplinary team on a product or solution effort.

- Full experience with key UX design systems and implementation tools (Visio, iRise, Omnigraffle, Adobe CS, Invision, Axure, etc.)

- Robust knowledge of technology mediums, including a combination of Web 2.0, CSS3, HTML5, Obj C, etc., including an awareness of the relative strengths and weaknesses of each.

- Full understanding of adaptive and responsive methodologies and constraints
