User Experience Analyst/Strategist - IT

Our esteemed client is a global IT solutions organization with over 9000 professionals addressing the requirements of clients across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. The Company's portfolio of service offerings encompasses Application Development and Maintenance, Infrastructure Managed Services, Digital Services and Business Process Management. The Company has built a robust portfolio of marquee customers in key verticals such as Travel and Transportation, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Media and the Government.

They are in process of building a strong platform which aims to digitize the real physical world and in order to achieve that we are looking for Experienced UX designer (multiple positions) to join user experience design team. All positions are for Greater Noida location only.

Position : User Experience Analyst/Strategist

Experience : 08-12 years

Desired Skill :

- Understand and practice HCI processes thoroughly well,

- Resilient consulting experience by articulating robust user centred design strategy for software development

- Can customize UX approach for projects varying from web portals, mobile app to even hardware devices design.

- Have hands on experience (& are passionate about) conducting UX activities including design

- Design actual interaction, interface to convey our design approach.

- Should be well-versed with latest design trends and mobile first approach!

- Have excellent communication skills and leadership skills

Qualifications :

- Graduate/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Design - Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design or related field. (IIT-IDC, NID, IIT Guwahati etc.)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Translate business goal into user centric solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders and the cross functional teams to understand project requirements

- Prepare estimations and work on UI deliverable schedules

- Design the information architecture, task flows and high level prototypes. Expertise in Axure or any prototyping tool would be huge plus.

- Coordinate visual design and UI development activities for a given project

- Participate in Pre-sells activities such as preparing project proposals, POCs, and developing collaterals.

- Collaborate with other UX team members across different locations

- Ability to leverage effectively user experience team members to increase your overall contribution.
