Core Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their goals and align campaigns accordingly.
- Design, develop, and execute cross-channel campaigns (online properties, offline collaterals, emails, launch events etc.) to support adoption and engagement goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and adoption & engagement KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Draw intelligent insights from Google Analytics and other internal reporting tools and use them to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Continuously build a repository of best practices, do's & don'ts, industry trends, playbooks, testimonials etc.
- Stay abreast of marketing, and social media trends.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MBA
- 5-8 years of experience
Required Skills:
- Hard Skills Soft Skills
- Proven experience working with industry tools, CRM and marketing automation platforms (CleverTap is a plus).
- Copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and build insights.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communications skills ; including presentations/facilitation.
- Innovative thinker with influencing skills to bring ideas to the table.
- Creative mindset for developing marketing collaterals.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
