Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive enrollment and revenue growth.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners to expand USDC's global reach.

- Strengthen relationships with existing partners through strategic support, training, and performance incentives.

- Drive admissions through channel partners by setting and monitoring revenue targets.

- Collaborate with partners to create customized sales strategies for different markets.

- Analyze partner performance data and implement measures to improve conversion rates.

- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for all channel partners.

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to enhance partner effectiveness.

- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time in partner-related operations.

- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with partners.

- Develop engagement programs, including incentives, rewards, and certifications, to drive partner motivation.

- Address partner concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong business relationships.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in channel sales.

- Provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong geographical knowledge of South India.

- Experience in the education industry, preferably in the online degree space.

- Proven expertise in channel business and partnerships.

- Excellent leadership and business development skills.
