Performs essential functions like Revenue generation, retaining existing customers, carry out prepaid activities like offering new schemes, adding new product features etc.
- The job role also requires maintaining continuous interaction with Tele-calling agencies.
- Also coordinates with different departments to formulate new tariff plans, change existing ones, addition of new products & services, meet legal requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strategic:
- Designing, analyzing & implementing customer retention & revenue enhancement strategy & activities.
- This role would emphasis on developing strategies basis consumer, and competition insights
Operational:
- Portfolio design to enhance retention and control churn.
- Support circle teams in retention activities through continuous monitoring and providing assistance in execution
- Maintain revenue and ARPU of various segments
- Increase RES
- Increase high value base contribution

- Creation of new services, schemes and campaigns
