Qualification: Graduate + MBA ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges Only )

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Business Head

Job Profile :

- Consumer marketing through product, pricing and propositions .

- Driving user upgrade, downgrade, churn and retention

- Optimizing supply w.r.t demand in a market place environment

- Driving a complete integrated campaign for product awareness, adoption and advocacy.

- Managing complete customer life cycle with customer life time value.

- Doing a complete consumer/user profiling for marketing and remarketing.

- Calibrating the Digital and offline channel to communicate engage and extract revenue.

- Industry landscaping and driving market share gain from base and revenue perspective

- Sustaining and Achieving desired Revenue Per Sub Levels to ensure achieving Revenue Targets

NOTES :

- Min 4 years post qualification experience (MBA - Tier 1 / 2)

- Age: 36 Years Max

- Prefer industry - Start ups / Telecom ( Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, MMT, Goibibo, OYO, OLA, UBER. Practo, Blackbuck etc )

- Current CTC should be more than 20 lacs, OTHERWISE, DO NOT APPLY.

- Should have go-getter attribute

- Should have problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced,hyper-normal growth environment
