Will have to take care of U&R for all products namely: fixed voice, postpaid, VAS , DSL , 3G specifically :
- Reduce Value Loss from B2B voice business.
- Create strategies for Revenue enhancement in the B2B Voice business, through appropriate design and deployment of innovative customer communication, contact programs, up-selling initiatives and churn reduction
- Ensuring Market Customer & Revenue share of Postpaid business through Customer Life Cycle Management by devising schemes for increasing ARPU as well as retention of subscriber base.
Requirement : 2 to 3 years of work experience in U&R in postpaid and fixed business.
