Position: Usage & Retention Manager (Prepaid & Postpaid U & R )

Location : Ahmedabad

Salary : Upto 20 Lakhs / Annum ( Depending on your salary & experience )

- Lead a team which drives Revenue & Retention KPIs of the business Achieve business objectives by designing products, tracking critical MIS, customer usage data analysis Play a key role in designing customer life cycle processes

- Co-ordinate departments like Technical, Marcomm, Customer Service, legal etc. for product launches

- Briefing advertising agency on new products for creating campaigns

- Base segmentation and data mining Analysis of subs behaviour pattern through various parameter Drill down to subscriber level information to generate insights to increasing revenue Revenue and churn forecasting Design and launch of products Support BDM in making budgets Track & monitor business MIS

Mandatory: MBA - Marketing from Top B-Schools of India & BE with 7+ years of experience in Customer life cycle management
