Usability Analyst

Experience of working on web and mobile apps

- Proven experience preparing research plans, defining and tracking UX strategy/metrics;

- Demonstrated ability in planning and executing rapid iterative usability testing of wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes

- Ability to translate research findings into specific, prioritized recommendations to quickly improve product designs

- Strong understanding of usability testing and analysis methodologies

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- Proficiency with one or more wireframing/prototyping tools

- Strong people interaction and facilitation skills

- Project lifecycle experience

- Knowledge and practical experience of implementing accessibility standards

Tasks/Role

Working jointly with Innovation Team members such as the Product Owner, the Solution Architect and others to create wireframes, mockups and prototypes for Innovation Factory deliverables

- Working jointly with the graphics designer and developers who will deliver compelling user interface based on the created wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

- Provides leadership on the implementation of accessibility standard

- Keeping up to date with new trends
