Position Description:
Seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong background in Engineering and Technical Recruiting. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Technical Interview skills and screening resumes identifying highly qualified candidates.
Recruiting activities are for internal projects, Contract, Contract to Direct or Direct Hire positions throughout the U.S.A.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated ability to recruit, interview, and retain technical personnel. Must be a self-starter and have strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast paced and competitive environment.
The person we are seeking must be a goal oriented team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Technical Professionals such as Design Engineers, Designers (UGNX, CATIA, ProE, SolidWorks), Test Technicians, CAE Analysts, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Quality Engineer’s for open positions anywhere in U.S.
- Conducting sourcing through internet sites (Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Must have the ability to read and understand job descriptions for engineers in order to find qualified candidates.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with US Team.
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting in the automotive industry.
