US Staffing Professionals - Client Services Manager

- Manage the assigned clients team and ensure process quality control and productivity.

- Responsible for managing and penetrating existing client account and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time. P&L Management

- Ensure continuous client satisfaction

- Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.

- Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.

- Travel Onsite to US from time to time on B1 Visa to attend meetings and meet clients

- Proactively manages assigned team by mentoring, guiding, training and assisting recruiters individually and group wise as needed.

- Ensures all weekly and monthly team productivity SLAs are met through regular monitoring and supervision.

- Ensures quarterly and yearly team performance (offers/starts) targets are achieved and team is geared to handle urgent requirements.

- Maintains a strong work relationship with the account manager(s) of the client(s) assigned, and works closely with the account manager(s) to prioritize client requirements and quickly resolves any issues that might arise.

- Ensures consistently high requirement coverage by proper utilization of the team.

- Ensures daily and weekly reports and updates are prepared and sent on time.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Should have 12-15 years of Experience in US Staffing Industry

2. Experience of working with VMS & Direct Clients (Ideally Fortune 500 clients)

3. Microsoft Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)

4. Demonstrated excellence in creating high quality Boolean/search strings.

5. Good to excellent knowledge or awareness of different IT platforms (coding experience not required)

6. Knowledge of working on ATS platforms like JobDiva, Dice etc., would be ideal

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills

8. Excellent organization and planning

9. Good multi-tasking ability

10. High levels of maturity when dealing with people & situations

11. Good team work skills

12. Good leadership skills
