US Recruitment - BPO

Job Specification:

- Candidates should have very good experience into end to end recruitment process.

- Candidates should have strong US Recruitment.

- Candidates have to be fine working for any shifts.

- Strong US Recruitment/Staffing Experience.

- US Non IT Recruitment (We can consider US IT recruitment exp if you are ok for US Non IT Recruitment).

- Should have good experience into different types of work authorization status' in US like US Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD (GC), EAD (OPT /CPT), H1, L1, etc.

- Should have good experience into different tax terms used in US Staffing like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp/C2C.

- Should have Excellent communication.

- 3+ Experience into US Recruitment.

- Individual Contributor Role
